Privacy Policy
Thank you for using Dhaam AI (“Dhaam AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain our data collection, use, and disclosure practices for our hyperlocal order-orchestration platform, including our websites, mobile applications, AI core modules, and related APIs or integrations (collectively, the “Services”).
PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW WE SECURE, PROCESS, AND MANAGE YOUR DATA. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY TERM OR CONDITION DESCRIBED HEREIN, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ALL ACCESS AND USE OF THE SERVICES.
This Privacy Policy applies to merchant partners operating on our platform, end-consumers who purchase items through stores powered by Dhaam AI, delivery dispatch agents executing orders, and any visitors navigating our digital resources.
1. Introduction.
Dhaam AI operates a unified hyperlocal operating system that brings order-taking, local merchant discovery, real-time AI-based conversations, and automated delivery dispatch into a single ecosystem. Because we bridge merchants, delivery drivers, and customers, processing data is essential to orchestrating these real-time hyperlocal transactions. We treat data privacy as a core design pillar.
2. Types of Information We Collect.
2.1 Information You Provide to Us: We collect information when you set up merchant accounts, register as a delivery driver, or complete checkout profiles as a customer. This includes your name, email address, physical delivery address, billing information, merchant catalogue lists, phone numbers, and any support communications or documents submitted to verify identity.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically: Every time you use the Services, we log metadata regarding your interaction. This includes your IP address, device type, browser settings, operating system, network signal strength, usage duration, pages visited, and geographical coordinate information required to geofence local store listings.
2.3 Real-Time Location Data: Because the Dhaam AI platform routes delivery agents and processes geofenced transactions, we collect real-time latitude and longitude data from delivery driver apps and consumer device browsers (with consent) to calculate delivery ETAs, assign orders, and enable live tracking map displays.
2.4 AI Conversation & Voice Logs: When merchants or customers interact with our AI Conversation Engine (such as order-taking bots or interactive voice response channels), we collect text transcripts, message content, and temporary voice recording logs to fulfill orders and continuously train regional speech processing models.
3. Use of Your Information.
We process your personal and transactional information for legitimate business purposes associated with providing hyperlocal commerce solutions, specifically:
- To display local merchants and geofenced catalogues closest to customer locations.
- To process payment card authorizations and direct transactions securely through gateway providers.
- To transmit conversational instructions to our AI engines for automated order logging.
- To dispatch, track, and route delivery agents to merchant pick-ups and customer drop-offs.
- To optimize inventory caching and product suggestions based on historical order clusters.
- To detect, block, and investigate fraudulent accounts, spoofed location pings, and chargebacks.
- To distribute transaction receipts, delivery status text alerts, and service updates.
4. Information Security.
4.1 We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. All transaction information is processed through secure payment gateway networks. Payment data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in-transit utilizing Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) configurations.
4.2 We limit internal access to personal information in our possession to Dhaam AI employees, contractors, and service providers who specifically require access to develop, maintain, or debug platform features.
4.3 Please be aware that no transmission over the Internet or electronic storage method can ever be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we employ commercial precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute data safety.
5. Cookies and Automatic Gathering Technologies.
5.1 Use of Cookies: We utilize cookies, local storage tokens, and web pixels to keep you securely authenticated on our portals, store items in your active shopping carts, and remember merchant settings.
5.2 Disabling Cookies: You can choose to set your device or browser settings to block all cookies. However, disabling these cookies will prevent Dhaam AI from persisting your login state and may degrade checkout workflows.
6. Disclosure of Your Information.
6.1 To Facilitate Hyperlocal Services: We share consumer data with merchant partners to prepare orders, and with delivery dispatch networks to route and hand off physical parcels.
6.2 To Service Providers: We disclose data to hosting partners, geocoding map providers (e.g., Google Maps API), messaging brokers (for SMS/email updates), and fraud-prevention services operating under confidentiality agreements.
6.3 Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by a court order, law enforcement inquiry, or when necessary to protect the safety and property of Dhaam AI or our users.
6.4 Asset Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring, user and transaction databases may be transferred as part of the business assets.
7. Third-Party Integrations & Portals.
Our Services may feature integrations with POS systems, payment aggregators, and mapping tools. Dhaam AI is not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party platforms. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy statements before linking external developer keys.
8. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Decisions.
8.1 We use AI models to facilitate hyperlocal operations, including semantic catalog search, delivery agent dispatch assignments, speech-to-order processing, and dynamic pricing adjustments.
8.2 These AI engines analyze transactional patterns rather than private personal attributes. You have the right to request information regarding any automated decision that significantly impacts your account status by emailing security@dhaamai.com.
9. Regional Data Rights & Compliance.

9.2 European Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): For European users, our lawful bases for data processing include contractual performance, legitimate interests (improving platform efficiency), and user consent. We store data primarily in secure regional cloud data centers.

13. Fair Information Practices.
To maintain alignment with global Fair Information Practices, should a data breach occur on our database systems, we pledge to notify affected merchant administrators and platform operators via email and in-app system alerts within 72 hours of verification.
14. Changes to this Policy.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
