Cardholder Agreement

This Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of any payment card, stored-value instrument, or digital wallet feature (“Card”) issued or enabled through the Dhaam AI platform (“Platform”).

By activating or using a Card, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree, do not activate or use the Card.

To activate a Card you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid Dhaam AI account in good standing, and complete any identity verification (“KYC”) process we may require.

• Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered cardholder.
• We reserve the right to decline card issuance without stating a reason.
• Physical cards (where available) will be mailed to the verified address on file.
• Virtual cards are provisioned instantly upon successful KYC clearance.

Your Card may be used for lawful purchases of goods and services at merchants that accept our payment network. You may not use the Card for:

• Cash advances or peer-to-peer transfers (unless explicitly enabled).
• Illegal transactions, gambling, or purchases of restricted goods.
• Circumventing foreign exchange controls or financial regulations.
• Any activity that violates our general Terms & Conditions.

The following fees may apply to your Card. All fees are deducted from your available balance unless otherwise stated.

We may introduce new fees or change existing ones. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any fee increase takes effect.

You may add funds to your Card via approved payment methods such as bank transfer, UPI, or linked debit cards. Loading limits apply:

• Minimum load: ₹100 / $5.00 per transaction.
• Daily load limit: ₹1,00,000 / $1,500 (may vary by KYC tier).
• Funds are typically available within 30 minutes of confirmation.
• Dhaam is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

If you believe a transaction on your Card is incorrect or unauthorised, you must notify us within 60 days of the transaction date by contacting disputes@dhaamai.com or through the in-app dispute centre.

Investigation Process

• We will acknowledge your dispute within 3 business days.
• A provisional credit may be applied while the investigation is pending.
• We aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days (complex cases may take up to 45).
• You will be notified of the outcome by email.

Fraudulent Transactions

If your Card is lost, stolen, or compromised, block it immediately via the app and notify us within 24 hours to limit your liability. You will not be held liable for transactions made after timely notification.

Physical cards expire on the date printed on the card. Virtual cards may have shorter validity periods. We will issue renewal cards automatically to eligible cardholders. Remaining balances are transferred to the renewed card.

You may cancel your Card at any time by contacting support. Remaining balances will be returned to your linked bank account within 10 business days, less any outstanding fees.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your Card if we detect suspicious activity, non-compliance with this Agreement, or as required by applicable law.

Dhaam AI is not liable for any loss arising from: (a) your failure to safeguard your Card or credentials; (b) merchant refusal; (c) system outages beyond our reasonable control; or (d) actions by third-party payment networks.

Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the balance held on your Card at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement is governed by applicable financial regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dhaam AI operates the card programme. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process in our general Terms & Conditions.
